Heated stones are incorporated into a Swedish or deep tissue massage. The stones help to relieve sore and stiff muscles.
Foot Reflexology

Enjoy a sugar scrub with hot towels on the feet followed by Pressure that is applied to specific reflex points on the feet to relieve tension and improve circulation.
Deep Tissue Massage

Slow strokes with deep pressure are used in order to reach deeper layers of tissue beneath the skin.
*This massage is recommended for people who experience muscle pain, muscle tension and who like a lot of pressure.
Prenatal Massage

This massage is only for women in their second or third trimester. Massage techniques are similar to a Swedish massage.

Slow and gentle movements using light to medium pressure.
*This massage is recommended for people who do not like a lot of pressure.
Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation for your appointment. If you do not, you will be responsible for paying a 20% fee of the scheduled service price or your gift card will be used in place of missed appointment.
